Our applications: Short and to the point

EvoAsset

EvoAsset is a tool that provides a complete view of assets and their maintenance objects in the hierarchical structure. It shows asset-related objects like orders, operations and assignments on the Gantt Chart and allows management of the non-availability of assets.

Phase: Work Preparation

EvoPrep supports the pre-planning for foreseeable tasks. In EvoPrep a plan can be created for multiple operations, including the functionality to update the work center and execution dates based on the work center utilization. After finalizing the planning, the data is released to EvoPlan. In EvoPlan the resource assignment can be updated.  

In summary, EvoPrep enables planners to pre-plan the work in the foreseeable future. That supports the functionality to get an outlook around the upcoming work at the work center level. 

EvoResource

Phase: Work Preparation

EvoResource enables the simple, fast, intuitive and clear administration and maintenance of groups, resources, and working times.

It is integrated with SAP HR and uses objects such as organizational units, persons, availability, etc. Optionally, these can be linked to objects from EvoSuite such as EvoPlan groups and resources.

EvoPlan

Phase: Planning and Scheduling

EvoPlan offers the possibility of planning order operations and assigning them to technicians.

The focus here is on fast, simple and uncomplicated process assignments. The scheduler is supported by various planning scenarios and can use list or graphical planning, and switch between different planning modes such as daily or weekly, but also supports the comparison of qualifications.

Capacities such as working hours, general availability (extra work) or non-availability (illness, vacation), project blockers, etc. support the dispatcher in planning the activities.

EvoOrder

Phase: Work Execution

The EvoOrder component offers all functionalities related to the display and processing of PM orders. The component is fully integrated with the EvoNotify and EvoEquipment components, which allows a jump into the detail view for a message, technical space, or equipment. Below is an overview of the structure of the EvoOrder component.

EvoOrderRelate

Phase: Work Execution

EvoOrderRelate provides the function to establish a network relationship between two or more operations. The relationship source is from the work order. 

After establishing a relationship, the start end date of an operation will get updated to fit the relationship scenario. 

EvoNotify

Phase: Work Execution

The EvoNotify component offers all functionalities related to the display and editing of notifications. EvoNotify is fully integrated with EvoOrder and EvoEquipment, allowing a jump into the detail view into the referenced objects. Below is an overview of the structure of the EvoNotify component.

EvoLocation

Phase: Work Execution

EvoLocation is an independent component that is used to display and maintain the functional location. The component is also referenced in EvoNotify and EvoOrder and can be called directly from these solution components. 

EvoEquipment

Phase: Work Execution

EvoEquipment is an independent component that is used to display and maintain the equipment. The component is also referenced in EvoNotify and EvoOrder and can be called directly from these solution components.
